Randy brings a wealth of skills and a strong financial background to RE Cost Seg Solutions. Graduating Summa Cum Laude from The Ohio State University’s Honor Accounting Program in 1991, he 

earned his Certified Public Accountant license in Ohio. 

Randy kicked off his professional journey at Price Waterhouse in Pittsburgh, PA, and Columbus, OH, gaining valuable experience during his eight years in public accounting.

His career continued to flourish at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (NYSE: SMG) in Marysville, OH, where Randy held various roles over 21 years, ultimately serving as Chief Financial Officer and EVP of the Fortune 1000 company for seven years. 

In 2021, Randy co-founded and assumed the role of CFO at Dairy Biogas Company in Cincinnati, OH.

In 2023, Randy co-founded RE Cost Seg Solutions, marking a new chapter in his professional journey. His extensive financial expertise positions him as a key contributor to the success of the venture.

Patrick brings a wealth of real estate experience to RE Cost Seg Solutions, contributing both as an investor and a hands-on operator with a substantial background in renovating and selling single-family homes, apartments, and commercial property throughout his professional career.

A graduate of Miami University in 1991 with a degree in Finance, Patrick’s journey has been marked by diverse and enriching experiences. His career took him to Vietnam, where he worked for The Vietnam Investment Review, gaining insights into international markets. Patrick's early exposure to real estate, growing up in a family involved in building single-family homes, naturally fueled his long-term interest in the field.

In 2015, Patrick founded The Wexford Group, a home renovation company focused on Franklinton, OH, showcasing his commitment to revitalizing local communities. His most recent endeavors include joining The Investor’s Podcast Network, where he has written for a daily investment newsletter and is now hosting a podcast centered around real estate investments and related businesses.

In 2023, Patrick co-founded RE Cost Seg Solutions, bringing his extensive real estate background and hands-on experience to the forefront of the new venture. His role in the company is poised to leverage his deep understanding of real estate dynamics for the success of RE Cost Seg Solutions.

Equipped with an engineering background and extensive management 

experience across various industries, Chris plays a pivotal role in the RE 

Cost Seg Solutions team. His proficiency in proposing and overseeing 

construction and renovation projects adds invaluable expertise to the 

team’s capabilities.

In 1994, Chris graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in 

Electrical Engineering, further advancing his knowledge base with an MBA 

from Ohio State in 1998. His professional journey led him through roles 

in engineering, IT, and management at notable organizations such as 

Worthington Industries and Ohio Health in Central Ohio.

More recently, Chris served as the Business Development and Engineering Director at Sphere LLC, headquartered in Lewis Center, OH. There, he contributed his skills to the fields of electrical contracting, back-up power, cooling solutions for critical environments, and construction services.

In 2023, Chris co-founded RE Cost Seg Solutions. This venture showcases his dedication to the specialized realm of cost segregation, blending his engineering acumen with extensive management experience to drive success in the dynamic landscape of real estate cost segregation.
